Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis and Reporting: Perform thorough analyses of complex data sets to identify trends, provide strategic insights, and develop comprehensive reports and dashboards using Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support their data needs and promote a data-driven culture.
Process Improvement: Streamline data processes and enhance reporting efficiency.
KPI and Performance Monitoring: Develop a deep understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics. Create performance reports, set performance targets, and monitor these metrics to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions.
Maintenance and Improvement: Maintain and enhance existing data solutions to ensure their effectiveness and relevance.
Qualifications
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in data analysis or related fields.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, and Excel. Familiarity with SSAS, SSIS, and Python is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Proactive Attitude and Team Collaboration: Self-motivated, curious, and proactive in learning new tools, methodologies, and approaches to continuously improve analysis, processes, and collaboration within the team.
Data Modeling: Proficient in creating and managing data models.
Data Storytelling: Skilled in presenting data insights clearly to drive business impact.
