About the Role:
Snapp!Shop, the e-commerce arm of Snapp!, is seeking a passionate and analytical Product Manager to lead the Fulfillment Center (FC) product suite. This critical role will oversee all aspects of the FC product, including its two sub-products: Inbound/warehouse and Outbound. You will be the owner of these sub-products, driving their strategy, roadmap, and execution to ensure efficient and timely order fulfillment for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for the FC product suite, encompassing both Inbound/warehouse and Outbound sub-products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, data) to design, iterate, and launch new features and functionalities
- Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and measure the success of product initiatives
- Manage stakeholders effectively, keeping all parties informed and aligned with product goals
- Prioritize competing needs and make sound decisions in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment
- Continuously monitor and optimize FC processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management roles
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products
- Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape and fulfillment operations (experience in an e-commerce or ERP company is a plus).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data to inform product decisions
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
- Proficiency in prioritization and decision-making, especially in ambiguous situations
- Intermediate/upper-Intermediate level of W/S/R/L English is a must
