As the Content Team Lead at Snapp, your mission is to drive the creation and dissemination of compelling, high-quality content that enhances driver engagement, supports brand objectives, and strengthens our communication strategies.
· Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of four content creators, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high-quality content production.
· Driver Communication: Develop and manage communication strategies for driver-side communications across various channels including email, SMS, in-app notifications, and Blog.
· Content Management: Oversee the planning, creation, and distribution of content for the company blog, ensuring it aligns with the company’s goals and engages our audience. ·
Project Coordination: Coordinate content team tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are effectively allocated.
· Content Strategy: Collaborate with the Head of CRM and Driver Engagement to develop and implement content strategies that drive engagement and support company objectives.
· Quality Control: Ensure all content produced is of high quality, consistent with the brand voice, and free of errors.
· Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of content initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to improve effectiveness.
· Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as product, customer service, and operations, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive communication efforts.
