Your Role:
As our Instagram Manager, you'll harness the power of visual storytelling to create viral Reels and captivating posts that resonate with our audience. Your goal will be to build our brand, engage our community, and drive our social media performance through strategic and creative content focused on the forex and crypto markets.

What You'll Do:
- Create and Manage Content:
Develop, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written, and audio) to ensure alignment with our brand’s voice and objectives.
- Engage and Grow Our Community:
Use innovative content strategies to expand our audience, increase engagement, and enhance our brand presence.
- Analyze and Optimize:
Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness to maximize results.

We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Has a proven track record of creating engaging and viral content on Instagram, especially Reels.
- Possesses deep understanding of forex and cryptocurrency markets.
- Demonstrates strong video production skills with experience in using major editing software.
- Is adept at analyzing social media metrics and translating insights into action.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of catching the latest trends and turning them into opportunities.
- Has excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of social media management experience, preferably in fintech or related fields.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and creative content.
- Familiarity with social media analytical tools and content management systems.
