CVM Platform Development Specialist: Acquisition (Vendor)

To work with individuals and establish and maintain cross-functional interaction and communication with the company’s internal departments.
To find the best solution and the technical design for tackling the challenges in terms of product and platform optimization and creation.
To proactively participate in achieving customer targets and implementing Acquisition Campaigns and Programs.
To support integrating new product requirements with technical specifications (such as billing systems, feature sets, and network design).
To prepare design patterns, prototyping, develop minimum viable products, provide competitor analysis, and go to market plans for new products and services, and ensure proper implementation.
To control and ensure the proper rollout of Acquisition, HVC, new commerce, and promotional campaigns throughout Iran's wide range of geography.
To follow up on customer complaints and claims, comply with the agreed SLA, and have a compensation plan in case any SLA is not met.
To develop testing programs that address database and platform impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability.
To own responsibility for implementing, designing, engineering, developing, deploying, and supporting Marketing products and platforms by aiming at business targets.
To use a mixture of off-the-shelf, software-as-a-service, open-source, and custom-built software considering digital transformation strategy.
To participate in generating market intelligence, querying data repositories in various types of SQL-NoSQL, and generating periodic reports depending on the target market and applications.
To analyze problems and performance and do science involving ML/AI, re-engineering applications code level, and ETL processes.
 
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (Software Engineering/Applied Computer Science) or related fields; an MBA degree is advantageous. 
At least 3 years of experience in an area of specialization; with experience in supervising others.
Experience working in a medium organization.
Hands-on experience with one or more programming backend or front-end languages and frameworks like Java, Perl, Python, C#, C++, Angular, Ionic, JS, and Nodejs.
