Responsibilities

• Provide real-time online customer support
• Accurately address customer issues and inquiries using prepared data
• Execute customer support processes to enhance customer satisfaction
• Handle general customer support responsibilities

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a customer support specialist
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Familiarity and interest in the Forex market and trading
• Knowledge of MetaTrader software
