Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Campaign Management Specialist to join our dynamic plus business line . The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive campaign strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Key person in driving end to end project management for every marketing campaign both offline / online.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Management of CRM system to ensure accuracy of customer database.
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (studio, communication, performance marketing and content) to ensure campaign alignment and success.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and key performance indicators (KPIs).

 

Job requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experiences in marketing field or equivalent, preferably in handcraft field , social businesses or non-profit companies.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Ability to deliver on multiple projects with firm deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytic mindset with the ability to measure marketing KPIs.
  •  problem solving ability.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and platforms, including SEO, ECRM and Social Media.
