We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients in need of business software implementation services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
Understand client needs and propose appropriate software solutions.
Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure smooth project transitions.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the business software or IT services industry.
Strong knowledge of business software solutions and implementation processes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
