Digikala is the biggest ecommerce startup in Iran. It was founded in July, 2006 by twin brothers Hamid and Saeed Mohammadi who had an unpleasant experience when they tried to buy a digital camera, after which they used $10,000 of their own savings to start the company. The company was reported to be valued at $150 million in 2014, and $500 million in late 2015. Digikala's main investor is Sarava Pars, an Iranian investment company. Digikala offers same day delivery in Tehran and Karaj, and offers next day delivery in 20 other cities.
Identify and evaluate potential new partners by analyzing market trends and competitors’ partnership strategies to ensure alignment with the company’s goals
Develop and negotiate partnership agreements, including terms of collaboration, financial arrangements, and mutual expectations
Coordinate with internal teams, such as marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure successful integration and execution of partnership initiatives
Organize and participate in partnership meetings, presenting proposals, progress reports, and addressing any concerns to maintain strong and productive relationships
Implement and manage partnership programs, monitoring performance metrics and adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize effectiveness and achieve targets
Facilitate communication between partner organizations and the company, acting as a liaison to ensure smooth collaboration and address any issues that arise
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of all partnership activities, agreements, and communications for legal compliance and reference
Track and analyze with using analytics tools and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Skills and Qualifications:
At least 3 years of relevant experience.
Strong skills in negotiation, strategic planning, and relationship management.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Result orientation, commitment to deadlines, and time management.
A deep understanding of the Q-commerce industry and market dynamics.
