One of the Wallex subsidiaries is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to join a dynamic  team at a leading financial services company.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Conducting professional job interviews and accurately evaluating job applicants.
• Assessing employee performance and determining appropriate performance indicators.
• Identifying the training needs of staff and organizing necessary empowerment courses.
• Familiarity with modern motivational and empowerment models for human resources.
• Recognizing personality types and the ability to appropriately match jobs with employees.
• Proficiency in negotiation skills and effective communication.
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Administering compensation and benefits programs.
• Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
• Proven track record in managing employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• SHRM certification or equivalent is preferred.
