Position:
Machine Learning Engineer - Large Language Models

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-performance, large-scale machine learning systems.
- Lead and mentor a team of ML engineers, fostering a collaborative research environment.
- Design, build, and optimize data pipelines and architectures for ML-based solutions.


Requirements:
- Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with specialized research in machine learning, NLP, Large Language Models (LLMs), or generative AI techniques.
- 3 to 5 years of industry experience in software engineering, specifically in ML system development, with a passion for crafting, analyzing, and deploying ML solutions.
- Strong theoretical and practical background in NLP, including experience with state-of-the-art LLM architectures.
- Proficiency in deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and libraries commonly used in NLP and Generative AI.
- Solid understanding of data transformations, analytics functions using tools/languages like Pandas, Sklearn, SQL, and Spark.
- Good understanding of Machine Learning methods and Statistics, with applied experience in all stages of the ML project lifecycle.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team and interface well with engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in guiding and mentoring teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting abilities, and a strong analytical mindset.
