Roles & Responsibilities
• To Administrate End-To-End Support To The E-Sales Channel After The Commercial Agreement Is Concluded
• To Administrate E-Channel Correspondences Including Registering On Electronic Channel Indicator, Distributing, Typing, And Safe Keeping Letters And Contracts.
• To Assist In Preparing Daily/Monthly/Quarterly Reports On E-Channel Sales Performance Based On Manager Requests.
• To Prepare And Provide E-Channel Stock Remaining Report.
• To Raise E-Channel Orders In ERP And Ensure About Orders are submitted By Finance And ITS And Bank Partners Are Uploaded On Time/Receiving Orders Loading Confirmation.
• To Assist In Ensuring Orders Submitted By Partners ( S&D Finance, ITS) Are Uploaded And Delivered On Time On E-Customer EFTPS.(Shared Environments Between Irancell And E-Channel Customers)
• To Ensure E-Channel Requirements/Needs (Order Delivery, Contracts, Technical Issues, Correspondences, Fraud Issues, CR Problems) Are Forwarded On Time And Dealt With Effectively.
• To Participate And Support The E-Channel Sales Team On Activities And Special Events Including E-Channel Exhibitions & Ceremonies
• To Follow With Banks & Financial Institutes To Finalize E-Sales & E-Stock Delivery Process
Education
• Bachelor's Degree In Commerce (Marketing / Communication) Or Related
Experience
• Minimum 2 Years Experience Of Sales /Customer Service Experience In Similar Positions With Experience In Working With Others
• Experience Working In A Small To Medium Organization
