Treasury Accountant (Vendor)

Mission
To implement all company financial plans in funding and investment scopes, such as minimizing interest payables rate and optimal usage of investment opportunities.   
To follow company financial policies in order to protect company’s interests with respect to the obtained and undertaken guarantees

Roles & Responsibilities
To collect information and follow up on the required coordination between the responsible parties to funding and investment agreements.
Funding area
To collect and prepare the financial information, reports, and correspondences required for funding negotiation.  aci
To collaborate and follow up the funding negotiation until the intended result is obtained and the agreement is concluded.
To have complete knowledge of the agreements signed and ensure good performance of the same, in particular interest calculation, timely payment of the interest, and repayment of the facility's principal.
To ensure bank receipts of bank loans are correctly documented and keep records updated.
To prepare bank guarantees, receive bank guarantees from vendors, to seize and extend them.
To receive, archive, and deliver staff loan guarantees from/to staff.  
OIETAI Area (company foreign investment in Iran)
To ensure that company investment is in due observance of Foreign Investment Promotion and Protection Act (FIPPA).
To prepare and provide the required documents and reports requested by the Organization for investment Economic and Technical Assistance of Iran (OIETAI).
To prepare and submit correspondences and follow up until the Organization receives the response.
To follow up and obtain the required permits (i.e., Dividend payment and reinvestment permission) with internal and external stakeholders and responsible.
Investment Area
To support constant analysis of the market aiming to find and follow up the most appropriate investment opportunities and prepare proposals for obtaining permits.
To prepare draft letters and negotiate with the banks and other investees based on permission received according to above item.
To execute accurate profit calculation to ensure correct and on-time payment of the investment profit.
To liaise with finance reporting team in preparation of the monthly cash flow statement.
To prepare interest and penalty accrued calculation schedules for payable and receivable facilities.
To prepare interest calculation analysis report for respective counterpart (i.e., managers/auditors/etc.).
To implement the required arrangement in order to prepare on time periodic interest payments as well as facilities payback.
To prepare report on cash deposits and restricted cash with respect to the guarantee and loans, and to update and ensure compliance with ERP on a monthly basis.

Education
Bachelor degree in Financial Management or Accounting
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in treasury and finance affairs; particularly in funding, credit management, and investment
Experience working in a medium organization
Experience in foreign currency rate transaction, facility and investment management, and cash forecast
Experience in increasing capital through finance and loan plans.
