Campaign Management Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Campaign Management Specialist to join our Offline Shop Vertical. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and successful operation of campion activities, making it a fulfilling position for individuals passionate about leadership, organization, and enhancing participant experiences.

Ensuring the success and accurate measurement of campaign results . These will help onset clear objectives, track performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies accordingly.

 Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive campaign strategies aligned with business goals.

• Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and key performance indicators (KPIs).

•   Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities and make necessary adjustments.

•  Monitor expenses and ensure financial efficiency.

•   Evaluate existing programs and make improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure program relevance and impact.
  Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and stakeholders.

• Establish a feedback loop with your team to continuously improve campaign strategies based on past performance.

Job requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experiences in marketing field or equivalent, social businesses or non-profit companies.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.

• Analytic mindset with the ability to measure KPIs.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
