Job Title: Freelance Construction Engineer Consultant

Project: 2-Floor Building Concrete Construction

Location: Remote (with a focus on construction standards in Iran, Kermanshah)

Description:
We seek an experienced Construction Engineer to provide expert consultation on the concrete construction of a 2-floor building in Iran. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of local building codes, construction practices, and materials specific to Iran, particularly regarding concrete structures.
But anyway because the construction is Happening in the industrial zone of Kermanshah we don't need any approval by locals, we just want to ensure that the construction would build safe.

Responsibilities:

 • Review architectural and structural plans for the project.
 • Provide detailed recommendations on concrete mix design, reinforcement, and construction techniques suitable for a three-floor building.

Qualifications:

 • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
 • Professional experience in concrete construction, preferably with projects in Iran or similar regions.

Duration:
This is a freelance, project-based position, with the potential for having the next projects together.
