RF Expert (Ericsson or Nokia) - آقا

Job Description

1. Responsible for Ericsson or Nokia wireless network RF planning and optimization (2G/3G/4G/5G);

2. Systematic optimization / improvement of network performance / quality, feature/parameter trial;

3. RF network performance insight, User experience improvement;

4. Consultancy from RF end, work together with E2E product team to rollout solution evaluation, implementation, performance tuning, troubleshooting.

5. Global experience sharing;

6. Key event assurance support: E2E capacity audit & prediction, expansion/re-location solution, performance monitoring, and issue rectification

 
Requirements
 

1. Strong NW E2E strategy knowledge, NW strategy optimization and practical experience,  Understand the carrier's internal architecture and service processes, communicate with customers at different levels on the technical level, provide professional sharing and technical guidance, and present value, Complete understanding of E2E network elements for MBB networks (2G/3G/4G/5G Opt). 

2. Practical experience of leading the teams of Reporting for management, Assurance activities and developing Analysis and Insights from available data sources.

3. E2E service analysis methods, network protocols

4. Network performance KPI (3G/2G/4G/5G) monitoring and optimization for all key indicators such as Access, Retainability, Mobility, Interference, MoS, Throughput and utilization.

5. Volte optimization and troubleshooting, ability to work cross functionally with IMS and PS core teams to investigate and resolve Volte issues

6.Network configuration and RF parameters analysis, RAN design proposal to improve the radio network performance. Resolve routine issues, for other issues can work under other's guidance;
