Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure agile practices are followed.
Collaborate as product owners to define and prioritize the product backlog.
Remove impediments and foster a collaborative team environment.
Monitor and report on project progress and performance.
Coach and mentor team members on agile principles and practices.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Certification in Scrum (CSM, CSPO) is a plus.
