UI/UX Graphic Designer for Mobile/Web

Responsibilities:

Design and Development:
Create visually appealing and user-friendly designs for mobile and web applications.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into intuitive and engaging designs.
Ensure the consistency of brand aesthetics and visual language across all platforms.
User Experience:
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and make data-driven design decisions.
Develop user personas, journey maps, and scenarios to guide design processes.
Implement design thinking and user-centered design methodologies to create seamless user experiences.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with project goals.
Present and justify design decisions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback as needed.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design.
Requirements:

Technical Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field.
At least 4-6 years of experience in UX/UI design for consumer facing digital products.
A compelling portfolio that demonstrates your expertise.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, ProtoPie, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
Strong understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, and an intuitive grasp of what makes a shopping experience engaging and effective.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
Experience:
Proven experience in designing user interfaces for mobile and web applications.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects and demonstrating a solid understanding of UI/UX principles.
Experience with user research, usability testing, and incorporating user feedback into design iterations.
