We are looking for a General Service Manager to Join our team at Snapp shop.
The General Service Manager will oversee the security, General Service and HSE team.
The successful candidate will have, to lead a team, and report directly to the HR Director.
Job Description:
- Overseeing the efficient operation and maintenance of the office space, including managing office equipment, ensuring a safe and clean environment, and coordinating with external service providers. Purchase, storage, and distribution of supplies and equipment needed by different units.
- Providing administrative support to the organization, such as managing schedules, handling correspondence, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
- Managing the office budget, tracking expenses, and making budgetary decisions in collaboration with upper management.
- Sourcing and managing office supplies, services, and vendor relationships, including negotiations and contracts in compliance with the Snapp Shop policy.
- Ensuring the safety and security of the workplace, including collaborating with security professionals, implementing safety measures, and conducting emergency drills if necessary.
- Implementing and promoting sustainable practices within the office, such as reducing energy consumption and waste.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business, administration, or related field.
- Previous management experience may be advantageous.
- Strong industry knowledge.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and handle stress.
