Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

• Using different data sources to prepare reports and dashboards and define business KPIs.
• Support the business side with a relentless and hardworking attitude.
• Help prioritize activities based on value and be involved with decision-makers through the end-to-end process from solution suggestion to delivery on the BI side.
• Run ad-hoc data analyses to diagnose business opportunities and recommend actions through effective data storytelling techniques.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, management, economics, accounting, finance, or computer and Information science required; Masters's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in data analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Knowledge in developing automated reports, dashboards, and data visualization (Preferred Power BI).
• Attention to detail and a well-organized, structured approach to work, and the ability to work towards tight deadlines.
• Good analytical mindset and interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.

Preferred qualifications:

• Fairly experienced in SQL.
• Proficiency in Python and PyData tools (Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib, ...).
• Understanding the data warehouse, data mart, and data model.
• Passionate about data analysis, solving business problems, and learning new concepts.
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills to quickly build relationships and manage the interrelationship between projects and stakeholders (written, verbal, listening, and reasoning).
