Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Operational Excellence Specialist to join our dynamic logistics team. This role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency across our scheduled and on-demand delivery services.

Key Responsibilities
·        Process Optimization: Streamline logistics processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

·        Routing Optimization: Develop and refine routing algorithms.

·        KPI Management: Monitor and report on logistics KPIs.

·        Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to implement process improvements.

·        Training and Development: Train logistics staff on new processes and technologies.

·        Project Management: Lead and manage projects focused on system improvements.

·        Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications
·        Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.

·        Minimum of 3 years experience in logistics or operations.

·        Familiarity with the SCORE framework or similar models.

·        Strong problem-solving skills, with a proven track record.

Preferred Qualifications
·        Master’s degree in a relevant field.

·        Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma concepts.

·        Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced e-commerce environment.
