We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Offline Sales Specialist to join our team and help us expand our reach within the retail market.

Position Summary: The Offline Sales Specialist will be responsible for selling our products and offerings to retailers and acquiring a specified number of new retailers each month. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with key retail partners to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand our retail customer base.
Identify potential retailers, initiate contact, and establish business relationships.
Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of retailers.
Present and promote our platform and offers to existing and prospective retail clients.
Maintain a deep understanding of our products and their features to effectively communicate benefits to retailers.
Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies.
Achieve monthly targets for acquiring new retailers and maintaining relationships with existing ones.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree. (Having a bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus)
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the health & beauty market.
Strong understanding of the retail distribution channel and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
