The objective of the role:
Increase the speed and quality of the visa process for our customers. Also, assist the executive admin with all daily tasks.
Responsibilities:
1. Generate German resumes, CVs, personal statements, recommendation letters, and emails, and fill out forms for clients.
2. Assist in document preparation for clients in different phases of the immigration process.
3. Coordinate with team members and get advice to create all necessary documents and files.
4. Check the proof of all German documents and texts.
5. Reporting to: Executive Admin.
Type of Collaboration : Full time- Onsite
Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from10 am to 18 pm.
Office Location: Elahieh-Fereshteh
Probation Period: 2 Months.
* Benefits: A German work permit (Visa) is taken for you after a minimum 1-year collaboration.
Requirements
1. A Bachelor's degree in German Translation is considered an advantage
2. German Language Proficiency level: B1-B2
3. At least 1 year of experience as a German translator/interpreter/teacher.
4. Ability to work with software: Microsoft Office
5. Teamwork skills.
