Traffic Manager

What you'll be doing:

- Juggling projects like a pro to ensure everything’s delivered on time using project management tools.
- Keeping the daily operations and workflow smooth across departments.
- Watching over project budgets, tracking financials, and logging payments.
- Chatting with account and design teams to make sure we’re hitting client briefs spot on.
- Checking out briefs, gathering feedback, and assigning tasks to our talented designers.
- Growing and managing our outsource team, negotiating with freelancers and contractors.
- Giving design outputs the once-over before sharing with account teams and providing helpful feedback.
- Cooking up solutions to meet deadlines and manage expectations.
- Handling logistics for print, production, installation, and delivery like a boss.
- Keeping our archive of visual materials and branding assets in tip-top shape.
- Implementing systems to make our studio run like a well-oiled machine.
- Setting daily priorities and tasks for outsourced designers.
- Focusing on team development and keeping project management platforms up to date.

What you bring to the table:

- Stellar planning and organizational skills with an eagle eye for detail.
- A knack for mapping out production timelines and sticking to deadlines.
- Familiarity with digital content production and BTL requirements.
- Proficiency in project management and planning software, including Google Docs and Sheets.
- Knowledge of design programs like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Cinema 4D.
- Flexibility to handle multiple projects and adapt to changes on the fly.
- Top-notch communication and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving skills to spot issues before they arise and propose creative solutions.
- Connections to freelancers, contractors, and suppliers.

What we’re looking for:

- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Self-starter with a sunny attitude.
- Confident communication and decision-making skills.
- Ability to keep your cool under pressure and adapt to changes.
- A love for collaborating with diverse roles and individuals.
- Understanding of print/production processes.
- Creative/design background preferred, with Adobe experience.
- Ability to write and read English at an upper-intermediate level.
- An existing network of freelancers/agencies/production partners is a plus.
