Sales and Marketing Specialist

We are looking to hire a skilled sales specialist
Job Description:
 • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
 • Design, create, and manage promotional collateral and sales materials, including brochures, datasheets, presentations, and product demos.
 • Identify and analyze target markets to tailor marketing strategies and campaigns effectively.
 • Coordinate and execute trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events to generate leads and increase product awareness.
 • Manage social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns to engage with the audience and promote products or services.
 • Forge and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure alignment with business goals.
 • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales activities to optimize strategies and improve ROI.

Required Skills:
• 3-5 years of proven sales experience
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings, and demographic data
