Key Requirements:
1. Two years’ experience in people analytics, HR analytics, or a related field,
2. Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and data visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau),
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights,
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and understandable manner,
5. Ability to work collaboratively with HR teams and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights for HR teams.
- Conduct statistical analyses to identify patterns and trends in employee data.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify key performance indicators and metrics for measuring HR effectiveness.
- Collect, analyze, and ensure the accuracy of data related to processes, systems, strategies, and other relevant HR areas.
- Provide scheduled, ad hoc reporting and comprehensive reports and data related to human capital to the HR department and external requesters.
- Provide recommendations for improving HR processes and practices based on data-driven insights.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in people analytics and HR technology.
- Managing and analyzing employee surveys related to HR, including design, implementation, and analyze.
- Provides actionable recommendations to enhance processes and improve employee experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, Statistics, Business, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 2 years of experience in people analytics, HR analytics, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including Excel, SQL, R, or Python.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, metrics, and best practices.
