Hey there! 

We’re on the hunt for a Senior Creative Strategist to join our vibrant team! If you’ve got a knack for crafting brilliant ad campaigns and leading a creative crew, we want you on board!

What you'll be doing:

- Cooking up ideas for online and offline advertising campaigns.
- Whipping up proposals for those awesome campaigns.
- Developing ideas and writing killer content for various advertising activities.
- Implementing the strategic plan of the strategy team in ideation and campaign details.
- Leading junior staff and hosting brainstorming sessions that spark creativity.
- Planning tasks and keeping everyone updated on each project's progress.
- Presenting proposals in client meetings and chatting with clients to nail down their brand needs.
- Creating and sharing written briefs with the team.
- Collaborating and bouncing ideas off other teams involved in the project.
- Attending strategy meetings to finalize the game plan for each project.
- Participating in daily huddles with the Creative team and Creative Director.
- Reporting team progress to the Creative Director.
- Hitting objectives based on seasonal KPIs.

What you bring to the table:

- At least 3 years of experience in advertising and content creation.
- Proficiency in Persian language and copywriting.
- Upper Intermediate level of English proficiency.
- Savvy with online search and research tools.
- Familiar with basic gamification concepts (because making things fun is part of the job!).
- Proficient in marketing and both online and offline advertising tools.
- Creative and innovative mindset.
- Familiar with basic design and photography concepts.
- Proficient in content creation and video production concepts.
- Team player with strong teamwork skills.
- Responsible and detail-oriented (you’ve got an eye for the little things!).
