Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and ensuring their professional development.
Develop and implement quality assurance processes, methodologies, and best practices to ensure high-quality software products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to establish quality objectives and requirements.
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality and compliance with requirements.
Oversee the creation and maintenance of test environments, test data, and test infrastructure.
Analyze testing results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
Manage and prioritize multiple testing projects, coordinating resources, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Drive continuous improvement efforts, identifying areas for process optimization and implementing enhancements.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in quality assurance and leverage them to enhance our QA processes.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Experience leading and managing a team of QA professionals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with Automation Tests is preferred.
