Tour Operations Manager - خانم

Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Tour Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in the travel and tourism industry, with a strong background in ticketing, tour planning, hotel booking and all related tourism activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our tour operating department.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute tour packages and itineraries.
• Manage hotel bookings and liaise with hospitality partners.
• Handle ticketing processes efficiently.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
• Work flexible hours and be available for overseas travel as required.
• Maintain detailed records and generate reports for management.
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in the travel and tourism industry.
• Extensive knowledge of tour planning, hotel bookings, and ticketing.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in odd hours and travel overseas as necessary.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in relevant software and booking systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
