Job Description

We are looking for a Motivated and potential Data Engineer interested in solving technical challenges and fixing them.

Responsibilities: 

Data Architecture Design: 

Design and implement scalable, reliable, and efficient data pipelines and infrastructure to ingest, process, and store large volumes of structured and unstructured data, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our healthcare platform.
Data Modeling:
Develop and maintain data models to support analytics and reporting needs, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and optimization for performance.
Data Integration:
Integrate data from various sources, including internal records and external datasets, ensuring compatibility, consistency, and reliability across all data sources.
Data Quality and Governance:
Implement processes and tools to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with healthcare regulatory requirements.
Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to safeguard patient data and ensure compliance.
Performance Optimization:
Monitor and optimize data pipelines and systems for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain the seamless operation of our healthcare data platform.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, software engineers, and healthcare professionals, to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet the specific needs of our healthcare services.
Documentation:
Document data infrastructure, processes, and workflows to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Proven experience in data engineering, with a focus on building and maintaining data pipelines, data models, and scalable infrastructure.
• Strong skills in SQL and experience with data querying, transformation, and manipulation (SSIS).
• Proficiency in Python or a similar programming language for data processing and automation.
• Knowledge of data governance, data security, and privacy practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to design solutions that balance technical and business needs.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a collaborative environment.
• A continuous learner who stays updated with emerging technologies and best practices in data engineering and healthcare technology. 
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
