Product Manager

Job Description:

At MCI-Next, we seek a Product Manager to oversee the maintenance and growth of one of our products currently in the growth-to-maturity phase of its lifecycle and is used daily by many users.


Rol Summery:

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the current product's performance, identifying incidents and following up until they are completely resolved, and developing various product lines (from product discovery to delivery).

Responsibilities:

Develop a product roadmap and objectives based on the annual OKR.

• Develop and maintain the product backlog, prioritize, and plan for sprints.
• Make decisions and prioritize new features and technical debt.
• Monitor and maintain the product to guarantee stability and uninterrupted service.
• Test and follow up on service and product issues and incidents until the problem is completely resolved.
• Create and update product and service documentation.
• Provide statistical and performance reports on the product.
• Identify areas for product improvement and provide solutions.
• Continuously analyze services and products to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in product-related roles (Product Owner, Product Manager).
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with monitoring and data analysis tools (Grafana, Google Analytics, Firebase).
• High speed in responding to and reviewing services.
• Responsible and persistent in assigned tasks.
• Effective communication with stakeholders.
• On-Call availability.
• Familiarity with ITIL 4 is considered an advantage.
