Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Manager with a robust background in the fintech industry to lead the development of our innovative remittance product. This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate the complexities of financial technology and drive the product’s success from concept through launch.

Responsibilities:

• Product Roadmap: Define and execute the product roadmap in alignment with business goals and market opportunities.
• Feature Prioritization: Define and prioritize features and user stories based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
• User Stories: Create detailed user stories and requirements to guide the development team, ensuring the product meets customer needs and regulatory standards.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the remittance and financial technology sectors.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on product progress and performance.

Requirements:

• Fintech Experience: Proven track record as a product manager within the fintech industry, with a deep understanding of financial technology and remittance services.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset to achieve business objectives.
• Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product vision and execution.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Agile Experience: Experience working in Agile environments, with a focus on iterative development and continuous improvement.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Banking Knowledge: Familiarity with international banking matters is a plus.
• Blockchain Knowledge: Familiarity with blockchain and cryptocurrency is a plus.
