R&D Expert

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled R&D Expert with extensive experience in financial technology to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in researching and developing cutting-edge technologies that drive innovation in the fintech space, particularly within remittance solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Innovation: Lead research and development initiatives to explore and implement new technologies and features for our remittance product.
• Regulatory Research: Investigate and analyze regulatory issues, banking, and financial requirements in target countries to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical leadership and solve complex problems, ensuring the integration of advanced technologies into the product.
• Prototyping: Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept models to validate new ideas and technologies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate research findings into actionable product improvements and innovations.
• Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of research processes, findings, and technical specifications.

Requirements:

• Fintech R&D Experience: Strong background in research and development within the fintech.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset to drive innovation and solve technical challenges.
• Agile Experience: Experience working in Agile environments.
• Mastery of artificial intelligence tools and techniques used in research and development.
• Banking Knowledge: Familiarity with international banking matters is a plus.
• Blockchain Knowledge: Familiarity with blockchain and cryptocurrency is a plus.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to collaborative projects.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
