We're seeking a talented "DevOps Team Lead" to oversee our DevOps team and drive our cloud infrastructure strategy. In this role, you'll be responsible for building and leading a team of engineers, designing and implementing DevOps practices, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of our systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers.
• Develop and implement DevOps strategies and best practices.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure and ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading DevOps teams and managing projects.
• Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD tools.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Strong understanding of automation and scripting languages (Python, Bash).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
