Deputy technical director (CTO)

We are looking for a Software Engineering to provide technical leadership in all aspects of our software production. Communication with CTO and development teams and handle tasks between team members. We expect you to be experienced in current technological trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts.
  
 Responsibilities:
Manage application development from kickoff through development and QA
 
Produce, organize, and update development plans, documentation, and project asset documents as required to lead the technical missions
  
·         Good knowledge of software development processes
.         Good knowledge of AWS system design
.         Knowledge of block chain development and design
·         Good knowledge based on programming languages (Go, Rust, PHP)
·         Organize and oversee bug and feature request tracking
·         Work directly with the Product Department to assist in developing project specifications and keeping functional documentation up to date
·         Contribute to developing technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
·         Discover and implement new technologies that yield a competitive advantage
·         Guide project development team to achieve project milestones
·         Help departments use technology profitably
·         Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance
·         Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology
·         Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors Requirements and skills
·         Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development, applications, and web technologies
·         Proven experience as a Technical Manager or similar leadership role
·         Knowledge of technological trends to build a strategy
·         Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
