The Enterprise Excellence Specialist at Khodro45 plays a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives within the organization. This position is responsible for leading and supporting projects that enhance operational efficiency, optimize processes, and foster a culture of excellence across all departments. This will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, implement best practices, and monitor performance metrics to ensure sustained success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Lead initiatives to identify cost-saving opportunities across departments.
• Analyze budgetary data and operational processes to optimize expenditure.
• Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop action plans to address underlying issues.
• Establish metrics to measure process performance and monitor outcomes.

Requirements:

• Degree in MBA, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience in process improvement, cost management, and data analysis.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage resources effectively.
• Knowledge of RAC (Risk, Audit, Compliance) requirements and experience with standard documentation practices.
• Proficiency in SQL Server, query development, and Power BI for data manipulation and visualization is a plus.
