SW-motion Technology was established in September 2018. It is headquartered in Suzhou, Jiangshu, and has offices in Shanghai, Ningbo and Suzhou. The core team comes from top AI algorithms, chips, self-driving companies , Tier 1 and OEMs around the world. 70% of the employees have a master's degree or above.
The company focuses on the mass production of advanced assisted driving functions below L3, takes the high-computing driving computing platform as the hardware core, takes multi-sensor fusion as the technical route, integrates full-stack algorithm software, and provides OEMs and Tier 1 with a combination of software and hardware systematic solutions.

Lead end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates, including utilizing various job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Manage and oversee multiple job requisitions simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective communication with candidates and hiring managers.
Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
experience in talent acquisition.
Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in English.
