As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be pivotal in managing and optimizing our digital presence and supporting our team’s operational needs.
Responsibilities:
- SEO Management: Utilize Google Console to monitor and improve our website’s search engine performance, implementing best practices to enhance visibility and traffic.
- Google Account Management: Oversee and manage Google Account settings, including Google Analytics and other related tools, to support our digital marketing and analytical efforts.
- Email Marketing: Create, manage, and analyze email campaigns using Mailchimp, ensuring effective communication and engagement with our audience.
- Social Media Management: Develop and post content across social media platforms, engaging with our community and enhancing our brand presence.
- Website Maintenance: Manage and update our WordPress site, ensuring content accuracy, functionality, and user experience.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including organizing digital files, coordinating with team members, and managing schedules.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, with a strong understanding of SEO, email marketing, social media management, and WordPress.
- Proficiency in Google Console and Google Account management, including tools like Google Analytics.
- Experience with Mailchimp
- Experience in content creation and social media management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling emails and engage effectively with our audience.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a remote work environment.
- Fluent in English.
- Knowledge & interest in trading and investing is a bonus.
