We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced "Product Manager" to lead the development and management of our cryptocurrency and fiat wallet solutions. This role is crucial for ensuring that our crypto exchange platform offers seamless, secure, and user-friendly wallet functionalities for both digital assets and fiat currencies (e.g., Toman). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of blockchain technology, excellent technical skills, and the ability to navigate and make decisions in ambiguous environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and user discovery to identify key features and functionalities needed for the wallet product.
• Define and refine the product vision and strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the development and release schedule of wallet features.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to design, develop, and implement secure and scalable wallet solutions.
• Ensure that the wallet integrates seamlessly with blockchain networks and other financial systems (e.g., banks, payment processors).
• Lead the end-to-end development of wallet features, from ideation through to deployment, testing, and iteration.
• Prioritize features based on user needs, market demand, and technical feasibility.
• Oversee the execution of the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all wallet-related matters within the company.
• Regularly update stakeholders on product progress, challenges, and successes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, customer support, and legal to ensure successful product launches.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in the fintech or cryptocurrency industry.
• Proven experience in leading product discovery, roadmap planning, and feature execution.
• Proficiency in programming or a solid technical background is a must (e.g., knowledge of blockchain development, APIs, smart contracts).
• Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
