Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Remote Sales Representative (For Security Solutions) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and closing sales for our security products and services, all from the comfort of their home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential customers via phone to introduce our products and services.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits.
• Manage customer relationships using CRM tools.
• Handle inquiries and provide exceptional customer support.
• Negotiate and close sales deals over the phone.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Collect and report customer feedback to improve our offerings.

Requirements:

• Must be available to work Monday to Friday, from 6:30 PM to 3:00 AM Tehran time (equivalent to California, USA time).
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a remote setting.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
