We are currently looking for a BASIS consultant to join our team of experts and contribute to the growing success of our company. ERP Basis or Business Application Software Integrated Solution is a technical foundation that supports ERP applications and helps their efficient running. ERP Basis serves as the backbone of ecosystems, ensuring application reliability, performance, and security of applications. The role of a Basis administrator is dynamic, requiring a deep understanding of ERP technologies and a proactive approach to system management. As businesses continue to rely on any application for their ERP needs, the significance of ERP Basis and the professionals who oversee it remains paramount in the ever-evolving landscape of enterprise technology. ERP Basis, commonly known as Basis, is the foundational system administration platform supporting diverse applications, such as ERP, CRM, and others.

Objectives Of ERP BASIS

• System Administration: System administration of the total ERP related terrain inclusive of servers, databases as well as applications.
• Performance Management: To ensure that the system functions as required with no or minimal logical performance impediments.
• User Administration: Management of user accounts, roles as well as their authorization to gain proper access to the ERP systems.
• System Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Constant checks on the system to identify new problems and eliminate or solve these problems.

Core Responsibilities

• System Installation and Configuration: Installation and configuration of ERP systems and components on HANA, SUSE Linux, and SAP on SQL (both on-Premise and Cloud server) to customers as required
• System Monitoring and Performance Tuning: Constantly monitoring system performance and making necessary adjustments as the need arises to Improve efficiency
• User and Role Management: Assigning, creating, and managing user accounts, roles, and authorizations
• Documentation: Documentation in ERP BASIS is a fundamental responsibility involving the comprehensive recording of configurations, changes, and procedures. Basis professionals maintain detailed documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer, troubleshooting, and compliance with best practices
• Backup and Recovery: Executing and supervising backups that allow easy access to the data and maintain its integrity
• Transport Management: Configuration changes management and transportation of custom-developed applications from one ERP environment to another.
• Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: Diagnosing and fixing system problems so that systems can run at their optimum. Patch Management: Installing updates and fixing the system to keep the system safe and up-to-date
• Autodidacticism: Ability to self-learn and technical savvy, find more new technologies updates
• testing: Investigate and test new Patches, summarize the effect on the program, seek solving methods, and take action in a timely manner
• training: Conduct effective training sessions to further process departments in a timely manner

Required Skills And Knowledge

• Minimum of bachelor's degree, preferably in computer engineering, IT, Computer information systems, or any related fields
• 3-7 years of experience managing in technical skills and good working knowledge of databases like SQL, HANA, Oracle, MS SQL Server, database management, Architecting, Advisory
• Good Knowledge of Operating Systems such as Windows Server Family, Windows Workstation, Linux, etc.)
• English language level: B1
• The ability to define issues and remedy even the most technical ones
• Attention to Detail
• Good oral Communication 
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• High responsibility and service mind
• Positive attitude, open-minded, and capable of working under pressure with flexible hours
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, understand and be responsive to project and customer needs
• Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge effectively
• Ability to adapt and function effectively in a fast-paced, changing 
• Knowledge of IT/ITIL certification is a plus.

Working Conditions
