ERP CONSULTANT
We are currently looking for an ERP consultant to join our team of experts and contribute to the growing success of our company. ERP consultants are knowledgeable in various areas such as financial management, supply chain management, sales and customer relationship management, and reporting. You will be focused on implementations for industries such as Consumer Products, Industrial Machinery and Components, Professional Services, retail, and Wholesale distribution. we work with businesses to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to achieve their goals, whether it's increasing efficiency, reducing costs, or improving customer satisfaction.
In this key role, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting ERP systems and complementary software solutions. You will be working with project team members and our clients toward successful ERP implementation projects.
You will report to the Consulting Manager. Most of your time will be spent working directly on projects as an individual contributor, with the remainder spent on personal and organizational development.

Core Responsibilities 

• Strong understanding of client business requirements, functionality, and map to software         configuration requirements     
• Reporting
• Training of End-users
• Documentation
• extract data from previous ERP, clean the data, and spot-check for accuracy
• Facilitate testing process with internal and client testing teams
• Keep up-to-date on product releases and new technologies 
• Experience with SAP preferred. We welcome experience with other SMB ERP systems.
• Positive, self-motivated, and a spirit of continuous improvement
• team-oriented and personable
• provide customer support primarily via the Support Portal and live training as needed
• assist Functional Consultants and Project Managers as needed

Required Skills And Knowledge
Minimum of bachelor's degree, preferably in Industrial engineering, accounting, computer science, business, or relevant experience from reputable public universities

• English language level: B1
• Knowledge of Excel
• Driven by a desire to learn continuously
• Good written skills
• Good oral communication skills
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Desire to learn new skills for career advancement
• Knowledge of what an ERP is
• Attention to detail
• Experience in implementing ERP systems is a plus
• Microsoft SQL query development skills a plus

Career Growth Path

• We want you to grow in your career! The following is a typical growth path:
• Functional Consultant Trainee (Year 1): Month 0 to 3: complete Dealersoft’s internal certification courses to demonstrate that you understand our software and industry
• Month 3 to 12: assist our Senior Functional Consultants with all aspects of software implementation, maintenance, and customer support
• Junior Functional Consultant (Year 2): In year 2, you will be given tasks to complete implementation and support tasks with much less supervision from Year 1
• Senior Functional Consultant (Year 3): You will be able to complete tasks with almost no supervision and as such will be traveling internationally to help with implementations and customer training
• Management Consideration (Year 4): Depending on the needs of the organization as well as your demonstrated management capabilities, the next step is to become a Manager or Project Lead

Working Conditions

• Age range: 22-30
• Evaluation period: 1 month
• Long-term cooperation (at least 2 years)
• Non-acceptance of student conditions, continuing education or immigration
• Military service or exemption from it is mandatory
• If necessary, work missions outside Tehran
