Job Description: 

To drive category growth and profitability by developing and executing short-term and long-term category strategies. The Senior Category Management Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize category performance and meet business objectives and must monitor vendor's performance and conduct meetings with key partners to ensure alignment with category objectives.

- Managing daily stock of category.
- Conducting market analysis.
- Specifying accurate daily discount.
- Formulating and executing pricing strategies.
- Analyzing category trends.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Taking proactive and relevant actions to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
- Tracking and optimizing Monthly P&L.
- Menu development and assortment management.
- Monitoring and tracking related KPIs.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineering or related fields. 
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SQL, and Power BI.
- At least 3 years of related experience (E-Commerce, FMCG, etc. ).
