Commercial Finance Agent

The Job Purpose provides a high-level overview of the role, level, and scope of responsibility consisting of three or four sentences providing a basic understanding, the “bird’s eye view” of the role. A concise summary of “why the job exists?”

It examines the financial requests and complaints of sellers and prepares the necessary documents for making decisions

Considering the number of tasks and the time limit in their implementation, timely implementation and time management are very important in this role.

With the responsibilities and access levels of this role, it is the executor of the structural changes taken in the calculation model

By checking and analyzing the details of the data in case of bugs or errors in the calculations, it plays an important role in solving the problem in time

Due to the role of intermediary between the financial and commercial team, it provides financial services to internal and external customers

It plays an important role in preparing important reports to create transparency

Responsibilities:

• To prepare and control seller and supplier payments.
• To prepare and control seller and supplier prepayments.
• To check and control seller reimbursement.
• To control the reconciliation of supplier invoices.
• To check and assess new finance features which are made by the technical team.
• To define the seller's cost and commission.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Management, Industrial engineering, Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a medium or large organization in the field of financial planning and analysis (Having worked in the e-commerce sector is an advantage
  
• Strategic management, enterprise architecture, project management, knowledge management, change management.

• Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio).

• To have treasury and banking knowledge

• To have Tax knowledge like a seasonal report, rules and etc.

•  To have commercial accounting knowledge (sale, purchase and etc.).

• Judgment and decision-making.
