We are looking for a skilled BI Developer with extensive experience in Power BI to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to create, develop, and manage dashboards and tabular reports using Power BI. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data visualization techniques, along with solid experience in ETL processes and data modelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Power BI Dashboard and Report Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and tabular reports that provide clear and actionable insights to business stakeholders.
• Data Modeling: Create and manage data models in Power BI that are aligned with business requirements, ensuring efficient data retrieval and analysis.
• ETL Process Management: Build and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from various sources into the data warehouse or data mart.
• Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data throughout the ETL process and in Power BI reports.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, data analysts, and data engineers to gather requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve the performance of Power BI solutions, making recommendations for enhancements as needed.
• User Training and Support: Provide training, documentation, and support to end users, enabling them to utilize Power BI for self-service analytics and reporting.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in developing dashboards and reports in Power BI, with a strong portfolio of work.
• Strong understanding of data modelling techniques and experience with creating and managing data models in Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes, including data integration from multiple sources.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying, transformation, and manipulation.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a BI development role, with a focus on Power BI.
• Familiarity with other BI tools (e.g., SSRS, SSAS) is a plus.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and technologies.
