We are looking for a talented and experienced "Product Designer" to shape the user experience and visual design of our cryptocurrency exchange platform. You should have a good understanding of trading platforms and possess a technical mindset, allowing you to work closely with product and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate complex blockchain concepts into simple, user-friendly designs that enhance user experience.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, ensuring consistency across all platform touchpoints.
• Conduct user research and testing to validate design decisions and iterate based on feedback.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and blockchain engineers to ensure that design and functionality are seamlessly integrated.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency across all user touchpoints, including product design and external communications.
• Participate in regular design reviews with stakeholders, gathering input and iterating on designs to meet user and business goals.
• Develop and maintain a design system that ensures consistency in visual design, interaction patterns, and brand identity across the entire platform.
• Ensure that the platform’s design remains cohesive and aligned with the company's brand guidelines as the product evolves.
• Thrive in an environment where ambiguity is common, quickly finding solutions to complex design challenges.
• Lead problem-solving sessions with cross-functional teams to create simple, intuitive design solutions for complex problems.
• Stay up-to-date on design trends, blockchain technology, and user expectations within the crypto industry.
• Continuously explore new tools, technologies, and approaches to improve the design process and product outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product design, with a focus on fintech or cryptocurrency projects being a plus.
• Proven track record in designing complex, data-driven platforms, ideally within trading or finance sectors.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UX/UI design, especially for web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
• Solid understanding of interaction design, visual design principles, and user-centered design methodologies.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology, cryptocurrency exchanges, and wallets.
• Familiarity with the constraints and opportunities presented by blockchain and cryptocurrency technologies is highly preferred.
