Job Description

At Okala, we are changing the game in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, creating a new online grocery shopping experience for Iranians. Our Marketing team collaborates to make it happen. we have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a crucial part of our team as a Campaign Manager.
 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to attract new customers and build repeat business.
  • Test marketing channels and tactics to identify the most effective and scalable strategies
  • Project management of campaigns from ideation to execution
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align campaigns with business goals and brand values
  • Identify and develop partnership opportunities with other businesses and organizations
  • Work with designers and copywriters to develop creative assets for campaigns
  • Daily Monitoring and Analyzing campaign performance and marketing KPIs (Order, New user, CPO, CAC, etc)
  • Developing appropriate communication strategies to support integrated campaign objectives and communicate brand values to users through various channels
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the tech or e-commerce industry
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience working with external agencies and vendors
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data to drive business decisions
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of marketing channels and tactics, including email marketing, social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing
  • Passion for the grocery industry and a desire to make a positive impact on people's lives
  • Experience working with user acquisition and retention metrics, such as CAC, LTV, churn rate, and cohort analysis
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
