Cold Calling Sales Specialist - Remote

We are a prominent remote job recruitment company headquartered in California, USA, seeking skilled and motivated Cold Calling Sales Specialists to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for candidates with exceptional English communication skills and a clear US accent who are passionate about sales and enjoy working in a flexible, remote environment. For the full-time remote position, requiring the candidate to work from home and be available on various communication platforms such as WhatsApp, Google Meet, and other media used for remote work.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify potential clients and qualify leads through effective communication.
• Client Engagement: Conduct engaging conversations to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
• Closing Deals: Overcome objections, negotiate terms, and close sales with confidence and professionalism.
• Post-Sale Support: Ensure smooth onboarding for clients and nurture long-term relationships.
• Performance Monitoring: Track sales activities, analyze metrics, and continuously refine skills to exceed targets.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English with a clear US accent.
• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience.
• Prior international work experience is a must.
• Equipped with PC, reliable internet connection, webcam, and VPN (if required).
• Proficient in managing sales via phone and internet.
• Comfortable using platforms like WhatsApp and Google Meet for communication.

Working Hours: 

Full-Time:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST (Tehran Time: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IRST)
Includes a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
Part-Time:
Flexible hours within the same time frame.

Salary:

Full-Time & Part-Time: Between 5,000,000 Tomans and 8,000,000 Tomans per week, based on performance and experience.
