UX Researcher

We're looking for a UX Researcher to be part of our design team and work closely with designers, developers, product and business stakeholders to deliver the best possible user experience through studying our user's needs.


Responsibilities:

• Explore user behaviors and motivations, working with the design lead and product team, launch, analyze, and report on various research initiatives
• Conduct interviews, contextual inquiry, surveys, usability testing, etc.
• Conduct research from early discovery, usage and needs, through product design evaluation.
• Articulate users’ needs, tasks, and goals into user stories, journey maps, and user requirements.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data. Synthesize observations with the product team and design lead.
• Produce research reports with clear and actionable recommendations.
• Effectively communicate research findings (including visual representations of data, highlight videos, storyboards, slide decks, etc.).

Knowledge And Skills:

• Experience with application of design theories, principles, and concepts to information technology and consumer product and game design.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong understanding and experience in designing and implementing research and data collection plans for user experience testing and acceptance.
• Evaluating designs and making recommendations for improvements to designs and technology to improve product quality and overall user experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in English.
• Ability to effectively communicate user experience data, design proposals and product specifications.
