Job Overview:
As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to design seamless and impactful digital experiences that meet user needs and drive business objectives. Your work will directly contribute to making complex financial processes simple and engaging for our users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points in the fintech space.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and engaging user interfaces that adhere to our brand guidelines and enhance the user experience.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement design specifications and ensure a smooth development process.
- Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs based on user insights.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in fintech and UX design.
- Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle and help establish a user-centered design culture within the organization.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in product design, preferably in the fintech industry or a related field.
- Be proficient with UI design and prototyping tools (ex: Figma, Protopie, etc.)
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts effectively to stakeholders.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, including user research, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
